A NOVA experience allows you to give to someone of your choice a culinary experience in our restaurant as a gift.
Materially speaking, the gift itself consists in a big customized card with menu and pairing options chosen, that you can pick up in the restaurant when paying.
Your invitees can enjoy it whenever they want, prior to booking confirmation.
In NOVA we offer tasting menus that change according to seasonal product, so it is not possible to give a closed and specific menu, but a culinary experience. Anyway, this would be a reference menu so you can have an idea about our job
