Santiago re\u00fane a los emprendedores gallegos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Culinary Action! celebra un taller en Santiago de Compostela el lunes 30 de noviembre, organizado por Basque Culinary Center, en el que re\u00fane siete casos de emprendedores en el gastromercado de Galicia, junto con las charlas de tres expertos en rentabilidad, redes sociales y marketing en el sector hostelero.<\/p>\n<p>Culinary Action!<\/p>\n<p>Culinary Action! llega a Santiago de Compostela el lunes 30 de noviembre de 2015 como un taller centrado en analizar los casos de \u00e9xito de cocineros y hosteleros emprendedores, contados en primera persona por los propios protagonistas: chefs que, como propietarios y\/o gestores de sus negocios, asumen un papel como empresarios.<\/p>\n<p>Basque Culinary Center, la Facultad de Ciencias Gastron\u00f3micas con sede en San Sebasti\u00e1n, lanz\u00f3 la iniciativa Culinary Action! a principios de 2014, con un primer foro internacional en el que emprendedores del sector de la alimentaci\u00f3n y la restauraci\u00f3n expusieron sus experiencias en San Sebasti\u00e1n. La segunda cita mundial se celebr\u00f3 a principios de febrero de 2015. Mientras, Culinary Action! ha organizado talleres en Madrid, en octubre de 2014; en Barcelona, el pasado marzo; y, en Sevilla, en mayo. Adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1 prevista la celebraci\u00f3n de una segunda edici\u00f3n en Madrid el lunes 23 de noviembre.
